After an assessment, our Occupational Therapists can suggest a range of home modifications, complete the required documentation, and engage you with a qualified builder who will complete the work. Our occupational therapists have completed home modification recommendations for clients under a range of funding bodies including privately funded, NDIS, DVA and those receiving a home care package.
