Fit to Function
This class has a focus on core stability and control through movement. The exercises are selected based on their efficacy to effect core strength. The exercises are matt based and are a mixture of Pilates style, yoga and dynamic strengthening. This class is open to all ages. A pre-class assessment must be completed at one of our clinics prior to joining a class.
Building Bones Class
This class is for people with osteopenia or osteoporosis. There is excellent evidence now that certain type of exercise is beneficial and stimulates the body to increase bone mineral density. The class uses the latest evidence to select suitable exercises to stimulate bone. A pre-class assessment must be completed at one of our clinics prior to joining a class.
