Caroline Cooper is the CEO of Mitchell Integrated Therapy & Hunter Pelvic Clinic, a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist with expertise across multiple areas of physiotherapy. Now focusing on women’s health, lymphoedema management, and horse rider biomechanics, she is passionate about helping individuals regain confidence in their bodies and improve their overall wellbeing through evidence-based care.

- Professional Certificate in Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse – University of South Australia

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys horse riding and is a competitive dressage rider. She has a deep love for farm life, gardening, and painting, embracing an active and creative lifestyle.

Sean Lochrin
Director of Musculoskeletal Services | Senior Physiotherapist
Sean Lochrin is a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist and the Director of Musculoskeletal Services at Mitchell Integrated Therapy. With a passion for helping people regain movement and strength, Sean specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and post-operative recovery. His patient-centred approach ensures that each individual receives tailored treatment to support their recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours – Class I)
- GEMT Dry Needling (Levels 1, 2, & 3)
- Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) – Levels 1 & 2
- Parkinson’s Disease Warrior Certification
Sean has a special interest in post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, sports physiotherapy, and paediatrics. He takes a hands-on approach to therapy, combining manual treatment techniques, functional movement assessment, and progressive rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their goals—whether that’s returning to elite sport, managing a long-term condition, or simply moving with less pain.
With a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, Sean understands the demands athletes face and works closely with them to improve performance, prevent injuries, and support recovery. His Parkinson’s Disease Warrior certification also enables him to provide targeted treatment for individuals with neurological conditions, helping them maintain mobility and quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Sean is a dedicated football fan, proudly supporting Everton FC. When he’s not on the field or in the clinic, you’ll likely find him enjoying the surf and outdoor lifestyle.

Jayden Langford
Director of Adult Rehabilitation and Disability Services
Jayden is one of our Senior Exercise Physiologists. His focus is to enable all individuals to live their best life leveraging exercise for change. His passion area is in neurological rehabilitation, helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through tailored programing, lifestyle changes and adherence management skills.

- Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology
- Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science
- Exercise and Sports Science Australia Member
- Parkinson’s Disease Warrior Level 1 and 2
- Functional Movement Systems – Selective Functional Movement Assessment Level 1.

Outside of work, Jayden enjoys an active lifestyle, with a passion for mountain biking, golf, running, and strength training. He also loves riding dirt bikes and exploring the outdoors. A keen traveller, Jayden finds adventure and relaxation through exploring new destinations, helping him maintain balance in a busy professional life.
